摘  要:目的:探究炭疽病病原菌侵染对黄精生理指标及代谢产物积累的影响。方法:对黄精根茎进行针刺接种白蜡树炭疽菌(Colletotrichum spaethianum),测量病原菌侵染后盆栽黄精生理指标及代谢产物含量变化。结果:随着C.spaethianum侵染时间的延长,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和蛋白质含量均明显升高,在监测期间,两者的最高增幅均超过300%,过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)、脂肪和多酚含量均先降低再升高,可溶性糖、多糖及皂苷含量逐渐下降,黄酮含量略有上升。结论:C.spaethianum侵染会影响黄精的生长及代谢,降低黄精多糖、皂苷的含量,影响黄精的药用价值,且会引起植物本身的应激反应,本研究为解析C.spaethianum侵染黄精的生理机制提供了理论基础。Objective:To explore the effects of Colletotrichum spaethianum infection on physiological indexes and metabolite accumulation in Polygonatum sibiricum.Methods:The rhizomes of P.sibiricum were inoculated with C.spaethianum by needle-pricking method,followed by measuring the changes in physiological indexes and metabolites contents of potted P.sibiricum after C.spaethianum infection.Results:As the infection period of C.spaethianum extended,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the protein content increased significantly.During the monitoring period,the maximum increase in both exceeded 300%.The activities of peroxidase(POD),as well as the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),fat and polyphenols,decreased initially and then increased.The contents of soluble sugar,polysaccharides and saponins gradually decreased,while the content of flavonoids content increased slightly.Conclusion:The growth and metabolism of P.sibiricum were affected by C.spaethianum.The contents of polysaccharides and saponins were reduced,thereby impacting the medicinal value of P.sibiricum.Additionally,stress responses in the plant were triggered.This study provided a theoretical basis for understanding the physiological mechanisms of C.spaethianum infection in P.sibiricum.
