摘　　要：刺五加又称西伯利亚人参,主要分布在我国的黑龙江、吉林和辽宁等省份。现代药理学研究表明,刺五加具有抗肿瘤、抗癌、抗氧化、调节免疫、调节胃肠运动、降血糖、保护心脑血管和影响中枢神经系统等作用。其开发的产品也较为丰富,如动物饲料、功能性饮料以及一些中成药。笔者查阅并梳理了近5年国内外关于刺五加植物的药理作用及其开发利用产品的相关文献,以期为该药用植物的进一步开发与应用提供参考。Acanthopanax senticosus,also known as Siberian ginseng,is mainly distributed in the Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning Provinces of China.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Acanthopanax senticosus exhibits activities such as antitumor,anticancer,antioxidant,immune regulating,gastrointestinal motility,hypoglycemic,cardiovascular and central nervous system effects.Furthermore,its development and utilization products are also diverse,including animal feed,functional beverage and some proprietary Chinese medicines.The authors have reviewed and sorted out the relevant literature from the past five years,related to the pharmacological effects of Acanthopanax plant and their development and utilization products.This review aimed to provide reference for the further development and application of this medicinal plant.
