青海省境内祁连山苔藓植物多样性及区系特征

摘　　要：目的:研究青海省境内祁连山苔藓植物多样性,为该地区苔藓植物的相关研究提供基础资料。方法:利用线路普采与定点采集的方法采集标本,利用显微镜进行苔藓植物物种鉴定,结合已有研究数据统计青海省境内祁连山苔藓植物物种组成,评估该地区苔藓植物濒危物种。结果:结合已有文献资料统计青海省境内祁连山共有苔藓植物40科97属191种及变种(苔类6科8属8种,藓类34科89属183种),耐旱藓类丛藓科和真藓科占极大优势;区系成分表明北温带分布物种占优势,兼具东亚和中国-喜马拉雅分布特征,热带分布较少;新增青海省苔藓植物新纪录种55种、祁连山苔藓植物新纪录种49种,新增青海省境内祁连山苔藓植物10科38属86种。该地区存在近危物种(NT)4种:卵叶盐土藓(Pterygoneurum ovatum)、粗疣链齿藓(Tortula raucopapillosa)、缺齿藓(Mielichhoferia mielichhoferi)、毛尖羽藓(Thuidium plumulosum)。结论:青海省境内祁连山苔藓植物资源丰富,复杂多样的生态环境为不同生态型、生态位的苔藓植物提供了适宜的栖息环境。青海省苔藓植物新分布、祁连山苔藓植物新分布,为青海省及祁连山苔藓植物的相关研究提供新资料。Objective:This paper studied the bryophyte diversity of Qilian Mountains in Qinghai Province,and provided the basic information of bryophyte research in this area.Methods:General line collection and spot collection methods were used to collect specimens.The bryophyte specimens were identified by microscope.The bryophyte species composition in Qinghai section of Qilian Mountains was calculated combined with previous studies.The endangered degree of bryophyte species in this area was assessed.Results:Combined with previous studies,there were 191 species(including varieties)of bryophytes,belonging to 97 genera and 40 families.Of these,8 species belonging to 8 genera within 6 families were identified as liverworts,and 184 species from 89 genera in 34 families were determined to be mosses.The drought-tolerant Pottiaceae and Bryaceae were found to be predominant.The North Temperate bryophytes had the largest proportion,exhibiting both East Asian and Sino-Himalaya characteristics,while the tropical-distributed ones were less in number.Fifty-five new records for Qinghai Province and 49 new records for the Qilian Mountains were added,all pertaining to bryophytes.Further more,10 families,38 genera,and 86 species of bryophytes were newly recorded in the Qilian Mountains of Qinghai Province.Four near-threatened species were identified:Pterygoneurum ovatum,Tortula raucopapillosa,Mielichhoferia mielichhoferi,and Thuidium plumulosum.Conclusion:Bryophyte resources in the Qinghai section of the Qilian Mountains were found to be abundant.The complex and diverse ecological environment provided suitable habitats for bryophytes of different ecological types and ecological niches.New records of bryophytes from Qinghai Province and the Qilian Mountains were added in this study,providing new data for related bryophyte research in these areas.
