摘　　要：总结1例糖尿病足行大截肢术后残端伤口愈合困难患者的护理经验。以国际伤口治疗师为主导,基于微信随访平台,采用“医院+家庭”联合延续护理模式对患者进行饮食、非负重运动、创面、心理等综合护理。经过4次共92 d的在院治疗和护理,联合4个月的居家延续性护理,患者糖尿病足截肢残端伤口成功愈合。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with difficult wound healing at the residual limb after major amputation for diabetic foot.Led by international wound therapists,a comprehensive′hospital+home′sequential nursing model was adopted based on the WeChat follow-up platform to provide patients with comprehensive nursing care in terms of diet,non-weight-bearing exercise,wound care,and psychological support.After four rounds of treatment and care lasting 92 days in the hospital followed by four months of continued home-based care,the residual stump wound healed successfully.
