基于国际比较和湾区视角的广州核心功能研究

摘　　要：广州是全球城市格局中重要的贸易之城。新时期广州以高质量发展为发力点,需尽快明确城市核心功能,以提升在全球城市网络中的竞争力。文章一方面基于国际比较对全球城市核心功能的基本维度进行归纳,回顾总结广州核心功能的演变趋势,另一方面基于产业链、创新链、供应链的集聚扩散关系开展区域研究,从大湾区的地域视角和功能特征入手,深入剖析广州与邻近城市间的功能互补性。最后提出广州要抢抓全球供应链中心建设机遇,通过完善核心功能体系,推动国际商贸中心向全球产业链供应链中心升级,探索中国式现代化广州路径,促进城市能级、辐射带动力和对外开放水平的整体提升。Guangzhou is a globally important commercial city worldwide.In the new era,Guangzhou focuses on high-quality development and needs to clarify its core functions as soon as possible to further enhance its competitiveness in the global urban network.On the one hand,this article summarizes the basic dimensions of core functions for global cities based on international comparison,and reviews and summarizes the evolution trend of Guangzhou's core functions.On the other hand,regional research is conducted based on the agglomeration and diffusion relationship of industrial chain,innovation chain,and supply chain,and the functional complementaries between Guangzhou and its neighboring cities are deeply explored from Bay Area's perspective and functional features.Ultimately this paper proposes that Guangzhou should seize the opportunity of building a global supply chain center,and the core function system should be improved to promote the upgrading of the international trade center to a global center of supply chain,explore Guangzhou path with Chinese-style modernization and enhance city level,driving force of radiation and level of opening up.
