摘　　要：分析交通战略对城市发展的重要性,总结广州市过去三轮交通发展战略对城市的促进作用,紧扣交通与产业、空间、民生、资源、科技五大维度的内在关系,分析全球城市产业组织、区域空间拓展、民生出行需求、资源紧约束、新技术发展对新时期广州交通的要求,借鉴世界级城市交通发展历程,明确面向2049年的新一轮交通战略思路,提出全面提升“海空铁”枢纽能级、建设多层次立体化的区域交通网、明确绿色优先的交通发展模式、推进交通系统数字化融合赋能四大战略任务,支撑广州建设人人出新出彩中心型世界城市。In this paper,the importance of transportation strategy to urban development is analyzed and the promotion of transportation strategic planning to city development during the past three rounds is summarized in Guangzhou.With closely grasping the intrinsic relationship between transportation and the five dimensions of industry,space,livelihood,resources,and technology,the requirements for Guangzhou transportation in the new era are analyzed from global city industrial organization,regional space expansion,livelihood travel demand,resource and environmental sustainability,and science and technology-driven development with references from the development process of world-class city transportation.The new round of transportation strategy is clarified toward 2049,which proposes four strategic tasks:comprehensively enhancing the hub level of sea,air,and rail transportation,building a three-dimensional regional transportation network with multi levels,constructing a green transportation system,and promoting digital integration of transportation system,which supports the construction of a centertype world city where everyone is creative and outstanding for Guangzhou City.
