双循环下的“中介城市”动力转型与空间重构——以广州面向2049的城市发展战略为例

摘　　要：“中介空间”与“中介城市”是人类社会发展过程中的重要支撑。广州因特殊的地理和交通区位、土地利用条件,建城至今2000多年以来承担着中国与世界往来的重要中介功能,城市发展脉络的起伏也因这一功能的变化而发生。随着国际经贸、文化等环境变化,国际、国内“双循环”格局将逐步成型,广州等城市依托“大进大出”的发展模式面临深刻调整。面向2049城市发展远景,本文试图从“双循环”格局下“中介城市”发展动力的演化入手,解析广州城市发展和空间结构调整的趋势,并从“陆上体系”的调整、“海上体系”的塑造,以及陆海两个体系的整合,对广州未来长远城市空间重构提出建议。"Intermediaryspace"and"intermediary cities"are important support for the development of human society.Guangzhou has been served as an significant intermediary role in the communication between China the whole world due to its special geographical and transportation location and land uses since 2000 years ago,and city also develops correspondingly withups and downs.With the changes of international economic,trade,cultural and other environments,the"dual circulation"pattern of international and domestic will gradually take shape,and cities such as Guangzhou,will face profound adjustments,which depends on the development model of large import and export.Toward 2049long-term city development,this paper analyzes the Guangzhou city development and trend of spatial structure adjustment,starting from the evolution of the development forces of intermediary space under the pattern of"dual circulation".This paper also provides suggestions for the future long-term urban spatial reconstruction of Guangzhou from the adjustment of the"land system",the shaping of the"sea system",and the integration of the land and sea systems.
