摘　　要：为解决高密度集成的有源相控阵校准灵活性差、难以实现自闭环测试的问题,提出基于AD9361的有源相控阵自闭环校准系统。首先对系统工作原理及AD9361配置和阵列校准处理流程进行了介绍。然后详细说明了AD9361的阵列校准算法原理,包括通道归一化处理、相位解缠绕处理及幅相曲线拟合处理。最后通过试验测试,验证了基于AD9361的自闭环校准系统的适用性和可行性。To solve the problems of poor flexibility and difficulty in self-closed loop testing in high-density integrated active phased array calibration,a self-closed loop calibration system for active phased array based on AD9361 is proposed.Firstly,the working principle of the system,AD9361 configuration and array calibration processing flow are introduced.Secondly,the principle of the array calibration algorithm for AD9361 is explained in detail,including channel normalization,phase unwrapping and amplitude-phase curve fitting.Finally,the applicability and feasibility of the self-closed loop calibration system based on AD9361 are verified through experimental testing.
