止嗽散加减治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察止嗽散加减治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取北京市密云区中医医院2023年11月―12月符合纳入标准的肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的患者共74例,采用随机分组法分为治疗组37例和对照组37例。对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,治疗组给予止咳散加减中药汤剂治疗,两组均治疗14 d。治疗过程中及治疗后按照观察积分标准记录两组患者中医证候积分及咳嗽症状积分,判断临床疗效。结果:①咳嗽症状积分比较:治疗后两组咳嗽症状积分均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组较对照组治疗后咳嗽症状积分下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②中医证候积分比较:治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组较对照组治疗后中医证候积分下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③疗效比较:治疗组治愈23例(62.16%,23/37)、显效12例(32.44%,12/37)、有效2例(5.40%,2/37),总有效率100.00%(37/37);对照组治愈9例(24.32%,9/37)、显效19例(51.35%,19/37)、有效7例(18.92%,7/37),总有效率(94.59%,35/37)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且其中治愈率、显效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用止嗽散加减治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽,可明显改善咳嗽程度,减轻咳嗽症状,临床疗效明显,较复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗有明显优势,临床可推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhisou powder(止嗽散)in treating cough after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:A total of 74 patients with cough after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection meeting the inclusion criteria in Beijing Miyun District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2023 to December 2023 were selected,and the cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(37 cases)and the control group(37 cases).The control group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsule,and the treatment group was treated with modified Zhisou powder.Both groups were treated for 14 days.In the course of treatment and after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and symptoms of cough were recorded according to the standard of observation,and the relevant score results were statistically analyzed after treatment.By summarizing the results of statistical analysis,the clinical efficacy of Zhisu powder and compound methoxyphenamine capsule in the treatment group and the control group were evaluated.Results:①Comparison of cough symptom score:After treatment with Zhisou powder,the cough symptom score of the treatment group was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment with compound methoxyphenamine capsule,the scores of cough symptoms in the control group decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Comparison of TCM syndrome score:The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased significantly after Zhisou powder treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of TCM syndrome in the control group after treatment with compound methoxyphenamine capsule decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:The scores of TCM cough syndrome in the treatment group decreased more significantl
