黄帝内针联合阿昔洛韦治疗头面部带状疱疹急性期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察黄帝内针联合阿昔洛韦治疗头面部带状疱疹急性期患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取80例符合纳入标准的头面部带状疱疹急性期患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组予以黄帝内针联合阿昔洛韦治疗,对照组予阿昔洛韦治疗,疗程均为1周。分别对比两组患者治疗前、治疗第4天、治疗第7天的疼痛程度、疼痛频率、疱疹情况、总积分,评估试验安全性及观察不良反应,随访并记录患者治疗结束后第14、30、60天疱疹处疼痛情况。结果:两组在治疗后临床症状均有明显改善,观察组疼痛程度、疼痛频率、疱疹情况、总积分均优于对照组(P<0.05),后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄帝内针联合阿昔洛韦治疗头面部带状疱疹急性期患者临床疗效显著,可减少后遗神经痛发生概率,患者依从性更强、不良反应更小。黄帝内针联合阿昔洛韦是一种新的治疗带状疱疹的有效手段,可提高临床治愈率,值得临床及社会推广应用。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Huangdi internal acupuncture combined with acyclovir in the treatment of acute stage of cephalic and facial herpes zoster.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute stage of cephalic and facial herpes zoster meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method:The observation group was treated with Huangdi internal acupuncture combined with acyclovir,while the control group was treated with acyclovir.The treatment course was 1 week,and the pain degree,pain frequency,herpes situation and total score of the two groups were compared and observed respectively before treatment,on the 4th and 7th day of treatment,to evaluate the safety of the trial and observe adverse reactions.The herpes pain situation of the patients was followed up and recorded on the 14th,30th and 60th day after treatment.Results:The clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.The pain degree,pain frequency,herpes situation and total score of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Follow-up showed that the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huangdi internal acupuncture and acyclovir is effective in the treatment of patients with acute stage of cephalic and facial herpes zoster,which can reduce the probability of occurrence of posthumous neuralgia,and the patients have stronger clinical compliance and less toxic side effects.Huangdi internal acupuncture and acyclovir it is a new effective means for the treatment of herpes zoster,which can improve the clinical cure rate,and it is worthy of clinical and social promotion and application.
