摘　　要：目的:查阅中医古籍对白芍抗癌的记载,检索国内外关于白芍抗癌的最新研究,总结白芍的抗癌作用及机制。方法:查阅中医古籍和近年来白芍抗癌功效的文献并总结。结果:中医古籍中有众多对白芍抗癌功效的临证和记载。研究表明白芍及其提取物白芍总苷可通过抑制癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭,通过增强化疗药物的疗效,调节自噬等多种途径发挥抗癌作用,临床研究证实了白芍方药及其提取物对癌性疼痛疗效确切。结论:白芍可通过多种途径发挥抗肿瘤作用,且可以缓解癌性疼痛。Objective:To review the records of anti-cancer of Baishao(Paeony)in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,to search the latest research on anti-cancer of Paeony at home and abroad,and to summarize the anti-cancer effect and mechanism of Paeony.Methods:To review the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine and the literature of anti-cancer efficacy of Paeony in recent years and to summarize them.Results:There are many clinical evidences and records about the anti-cancer effect of Paeony in ancient Chinese medicine books.Studies have shown that total glucoside of Paeony and its extract can play an anti-cancer role by inhibiting the proliferation,migration and invasion of cancer cells,enhancing the efficacy of chemotherapy drugs,regulating autophagy and other ways.Clinical studies have confirmed the exact efficacy of Paeony and its extract on cancer pain.Conclusion:Paeony can play ana nti-cancer role in a variety of ways,and can relieve cancer pain.
