摘　　要：小儿多发性抽动症也被称为小儿抽动秽语综合征,临床上以突发性的肌肉抽动和口中可闻及口哨声为主要临床表现,主要在儿童或青少年阶段出现,会对患儿的日常生活和学业造成较大的影响。西医主要使用药物控制症状,首选多巴胺受体阻滞剂,但长期使用可能会给患儿带来明显的不良反应。中医学认为本病大多是由气阴不足,肌肉失于濡养而导致,病因可归纳为体质因素、饮食不节及情志失调等,病位主要在肝,但与心、脾、肾等脏腑也有密切关系。导师胡子毅是江西中医药大学附属医院中医经典科的主任中医师,对于中医治疗小儿多发性抽动症有很深的研究,他认为小儿多发性抽动症的发病多是由于气阴不足,肝风内动所致,治疗上使用人参乌梅汤酸甘化阴,气阴双补。胡师强调在治疗过程中,应注重调理患儿体质,并倡导健康的饮食习惯和情绪管理,认为培养健康的生活方式对于缓解小儿抽动的症状是非常关键的。本研究总结导师使用人参乌梅汤治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床经验与方法,并附临床医案一则以说明。Pediatric Multiple Tourette Syndrome,also known as Pediatric Tourette Syndrome,is characterized by sudden muscle twitching and audible whistling sounds in the mouth.The disease mainly appears in childhood or adolescence,causing far-reaching impacts on the daily life and schooling of the affected children.For the treatment of this disease,Western medicine mainly uses drugs to control symptoms,the first choice is dopamine receptor blockers,but long-term use of Western medicine may bring significant side effects to children.Therefore,it is particularly important to find suitable Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease.Traditional medicine believes that this disease is mostly due to the deficiency of Qi(气)and Yin(阴),and loss of muscle nourishing.The causes of this disease can be summarized as physical factors,dietary disorders,emotional disorders,etc.Its location is mainly in the liver but it is also closely related to the heart,spleen,kidney and other viscera.Mentor HU Ziyi is the director of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Classics Department of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital,he has deep attainments in Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric Tourette’s syndrome,and he believes that the incidence of children with multiple tourette syndrome is mostly due to the deficiency of Qi and Yin,and the liver wind is caused by the internal movement.In the treatment of this disease,the use of Renshen Wumei decoction(人参乌梅汤)can acidify and sweeten the Yin,and replenish both Qi and Yin.In addition,he emphasizes that in the treatment process,attention should be paid to the physical conditioning of children,and advocate healthy eating habits and emotional management,he believes that cultivating a healthy lifestyle is very critical to alleviate the symptoms of children’s tics.This paper aims to summarize the clinical experience and methods of using Renshen Wumei decoction in the treatment of pediatric multiple tic disorders,and introduce a clinical medical case.
