摘　　要：隔药脐灸是集经络穴位、药物、物理疗法三者功效为一体的综合外治疗法,该法利用中药的药效结合脐部的敏感反应区,通过灸疗的方式促进药物吸收和体内气血运行达到治疗的目的。起源可以追溯到医学典籍《黄帝内经》,其发展与中医经络学说密切相关。古代医家通过长期的实践与观察,对隔药脐灸的理论和实践进行了系统总结和归纳,现代医学证实了脐部与人体各个器官和系统之间的关联性,并揭示了隔药脐灸可能通过刺激穴位、促进药物渗透、调节内分泌、改善血液循环、增强免疫功能等方式产生治疗效果。近10年,隔药脐灸的研究呈快速发展的趋势,形成了一定的研究规模。研究查阅整理近年来发表的与隔药脐灸临床应用相关的期刊文献并对这些文献进行分类总结,阐述了隔药脐灸在临床的应用范围、优势病种及研究进展。如隔药脐灸临床常用于消化系统和泌尿生殖系统,近年在医疗保健领域也表现出良好的应用前景。不过相关研究多停留在临床试验,且同时存在试验周期普遍较短、缺乏长期疗效观察等问题。近年来学界开始重视对隔药脐灸的基础研究和动物实验研究,有实验证明隔药脐灸可以促进大鼠病理组织修复并改善其相关生化指标,但对其他疾病的作用机制仍有待验证。Medicated umbilical moxibustion is a comprehensive external treatment that integrates the effects of meridians and acupoints,drugs and physical therapy.This method uses the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the sensitive reaction area of the umbilical cord to promote drug absorption and the movement of qi and blood in the body to achieve the purpose of treatment.Its origin can be traced back to The Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine,a medical classic of the Eastern Han Dynasty in ancient China.Its development is closely related to the meridians theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Ancient medical scientists systematically summarized and concluded the theory and practice of medicated umbilical moxibustion through longterm practice and observation,and modern medicine confirmed the correlation between the umbilical cord and various organs and systems of the human body.It was also revealed that the umbilical moxibustion may produce therapeutic effects by stimulating acupuncture acupoints,promoting drug penetration,regulating endocrine,improving blood circulation and enhancing immune function.In the past ten years,the research of medicated umbilical moxibustion had been developing rapidly,and had formed a certain research scale.In this paper,the literature related to the clinical application of medicated umbilical moxibustion in recent years is reviewed and classified,and the scope of clinical application,dominant diseases and research progress of umbilical moxibustion are described.At present,medicated umbilical moxibustion is often used in the digestive system and genitourinary system,and has shown good application prospects in the field of medical care in recent years.However,the current research mostly stays in clinical trials,and there are some problems such as short trial period and lack of long-term curative effect observation.In recent years,the academic community has begun to pay attention to the basic research and animal experiments of the medicated umbilical moxibustion.Exp
