摘　　要：功能性消化不良是一种由各种原因所致的胃肠疾病,现今其发病率不断上升,已成为临床最常见的内科疾病之一。功能性消化不良是在缺乏任何能解释症状的器质性、系统性或代谢性疾病证据的情况下,出现胃、十二指肠区域的消化不良症状的疾病,包括上腹痛、上腹胀、早饱、恶心等症状。随着社会节奏的加快,生活质量的提高,功能性消化不良在临床越来越常见。目前针对本病西医尚无特效治疗方案,仅是对症治疗。功能性消化不良在中医学中并无对应病名,根据其临床表现,多将其属于“呕吐”“呃逆”“胃痞”等范畴。中医学认为本病病机多在于饮食不节、外感邪气、七情内伤、劳逸失调等作用致使脾胃升降失司。病性多为本虚标实,虚实夹杂。病位多在胃而涉及肝脾二脏。刘主任从医数十年,有着丰富的临床经验,他认为中医治疗脾胃病独具特色,表示本病反复发作主要原因是脾胃虚弱,运化失常,气滞中焦,在治疗过程中以“滞而不通,通而不滞,扶本达标”的思想路线,提出“以补为通,以补治滞”的新论,治以自拟胃病方加味,可健脾行气,促进胃肠功能改善,临床疗效显著。故文章拟通过案例介绍总结刘主任治疗功能性消化不良的经验,以期为临床提供理论依据。Functional dyspepsia is a kind of gastrointestinal disease caused by a variety of reasons,the incidence of which is nowadays increasing and has become one of the most common clinical internal diseases.Functional dyspepsia is a condition that presents with dyspeptic symptoms in the gastric and duodenal regions,including epigastric pain,epigastric bloating,early satiety,and nausea,which occur in the absence of any evidence of organic,systemic,or metabolic disease that would explain the symptoms.With the accelerated pace of society and improved quality of life,functional dyspepsia is becoming more and more common in clinical practice.At present,there is no effective treatment program for this disease in Western medicine,only symptomatic treatment.Functional dyspepsia has no corresponding disease name in traditional Chinese medicine,according to its clinical manifestations,it is mostly classified into the categories of“vomiting”,“hiccup”and“stomach fullness”.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is mainly due to improper diet,exogenous evils,internal injury of seven emotions,and imbalance of work and rest.The nature of the disease is mostly asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality and deficiency mixed with excess.Most of the diseases are in the stomach and involve the liver and spleen.Director LIU,who has been practicing medicine for decades and has rich clinical experience,believes that Chinese medicine is unique in treating spleen and stomach diseases,and holds that the main reason for the recurrence of this disease is the weakness of the spleen and stomach,dysfunction of transportation,stagnation of Qi(气)in the middle jiao,and in the process of treatment,the ideological line“stagnation leads to impassability,achieving passability by resolving stagnation,targetting the root causes to reach the goal”is proposed,and puts forwards the new theory“supplement to achieve passability,supplement to resolve stagnation”,and self-prescribed Modified Weibing F
