摘　　要：心脏X综合征(Cardiac Syndrome X,CSX)也称为微血管性心绞痛(Microvascular Angina,MVA),通常是指具有典型心绞痛的症状,而且心电图尤其是运动复合心电图有明显缺血表现,但是影像学比如冠状动脉造影或者是冠状动脉CT血管造影没有发现冠状动脉组织有明显狭窄的一类疾病。本病的发病机制尚不完全清楚,西医除常规应用抗心肌缺血药物外,对此并无较好的治疗手段,治疗后虽预后较好,但临床症状反复发作,在一定程度上影响患者的生活质量及精神状态。中医对心系疾病的诊疗历史悠久,近几年来,随着中医药在医学领域的不断深入,整体观念和辨证论治的具体实施彰显了中医治疗疾病多脏腑调节、临床疗效佳、不良反应小、预后好等独特优势,为中医治疗CSX奠定了坚实基础。大量文献资料和研究表明,中医虽没有CSX的病名,但在中医理论指导下,深入掌握CSX病因病机、辨证分型,从整体出发,四诊合参,无论是内治还是外治,在CSX治疗上均能取得显著的疗效。近年来,CSX的发病率呈不断上升的趋势,因此改善本病的临床症状和预后变得尤为重要。文章总结古今医家对CSX的病因病机和中医诊疗的认识,将众多医家对本病的临床经验进行归纳论述,为临床防治此病提供可靠的理论依据及参考。Cardiac syndrome X(CSX),also known as microvascular angina(MVA),usually refers to the symptoms of typical angina pectoris,and the electrocardiogram,especially the exercise complex electrocardiogram,has obvious ischemic manifestations,while imaging,such as coronary angiography or coronary CTA,does not show significant narrowing of the coronary artery tissue.The pathogenesis of this disease is still not completely clear,Western medicine has no good treatment for this except the routine use of anti-myocardial ischemia drugs.Although the prognosis is usually good after treatment,repeated clinical symptoms,to a certain extent,affect the quality of life and mental state of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of TCM in the medical field,the specific implementation of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation has demonstrated the unique advantages of TCM in the treatment of diseases,such as multiorgan regulation,good clinical efficacy,small adverse reactions,and good prognosis,laying a solid foundation for the treatment of CSX in TCM.Through consulting a large number of literature and research,it is shown that although there is no disease name of CSX in TCM,under the guidance of TCM theory,in-depth understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and classification of CSX,starting from the whole and combining the four diagnoses,either in the form of internal or external treatment,TCM can achieve significant curative effect in the treatment of CSX.In recent years,the incidence of CSX has been on the rise,so it is particularly important to relieve the clinical symptoms and improve prognosis of the disease.By summarizing the ancient and modern doctors'understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of CSX and TCM diagnosis and treatment,this paper summarizes the clinical experience of many doctors on this disease,providing a reliable theoretical basis and reference for clinical prevention and
