摘  要:为了研究巷道群受重复采动影响围岩的变形破坏规律及稳定控制问题,综合运用现场测试、数值模拟、理论分析等方法,研究重复采动对巷道群围岩塑性区空间分布特征、应力场、变形场的影响规律,揭示多次采动对巷道群失稳破坏机制,提出巷道群稳定性控制技术。结果表明:随着工作面回采数量的增加,巷道群卸载拱范围逐渐增大,巷道表现为典型的非对称破坏特征;钻孔窥视与数值模拟得出的松动圈范围基本一致;确定了锚杆支护时顶锚杆长度应不小于1.3 m,帮锚杆长度应不小于2.1 m。据此提出了“注浆—补强”支护方案,确定了注浆施工参数与补强锚索的长度与间距,补强支护后巷道顶板移近量减少了61.5%,巷道底板移近量减少了62.5%,两帮移近量减少了62.2%。顶板离层观测结果验证了支护方案的可靠性。In order to study the deformation and failure law of surrounding rock of roadway group affected by repeated mining and the stability control problem,the influence law of repeated mining on the plastic zone spatial distribution characteristics,stress field and deformation field of surrounding rock of roadway group was studied by comprehensive application of field testing,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,and the destabilization and failure mechanism of roadway group caused by repeated mining was revealed,and the stability control technology of roadway group was proposed.The results show that with the increase of mining quantity,the unloading arch range of roadway group increases gradually,and the roadway exhibits typical asymmetric failure characteristics.It is determined that the length of top bolt should not be less than 1.3 m,and the length of side bolt should not be less than 2.1 m.According to this,the"grouting and reinforcement"support scheme is proposed,and the grouting construction parameters and the length and spacing of the reinforced anchor cable are determined.After the reinforcement support,the roadway roof displacement is reduced by 61.5%,the roadway floor displacement is reduced by 62.5%,and the two-side displacement is reduced by 62.2%.The reliability of the support scheme is verified by the monitoring results of roof separation.
