摘 要:凡口铅锌矿浮选锌精矿中含有多种有价元素,其中主要元素Zn、Fe含量分别为42.89%、5.25%,稀散元素Ga、Ge含量分别为0.03%、0.02%。为提高该锌精矿中有价元素的综合浸出率,开展了氧压浸出条件试验,并对浸出渣进行了化学成分分析、XRD分析和扫描电镜分析。结果表明:在木质素磺酸钠用量2%、初始酸度180 g/L、氧分压1.0 MPa、浸出温度150℃、浸出时间180 min的条件下,Zn浸出率为97.64%,Ga浸出率为95.44%,Fe浸出率为78.45%,Ge浸出率为74.64%,浸出效果良好;浸出渣中主要成分S以硫单质形式存在,Zn、Fe主要以未浸出的闪锌矿和黄铁矿的形式存在,或以微细粒氧化物沉淀形式附着于硫单质等矿物边缘;Pb和Si不易浸出,分别以硫酸铅和硅酸盐形式留在浸出渣中。研究为实现锌精矿中有价元素的综合回收工艺制定提供了参考。The flotation zinc concentrate of Fankou lead-zinc mine contains a variety of valuable elements,among which the contents of main elements Zn and Fe are 42.89% and 5.25% respectively,and the contents of scattered elements Ga and Ge are 0.03% and 0.02% respectively.In order to improve the comprehensive leaching rate of valuable elements in the zinc concentrate,the oxygen pressure leaching condition test was carried out,and the chemical composition analysis,XRD analysis and SEM analysis of the leaching residue were carried out.The results show that under the conditions of sodium lignosulfonate dosage of 2%,initial acidity of 180 g/L,oxygen partial pressure of 1.0 MPa,leaching temperature of 150℃ and leaching time of 180 min,the leaching rates of Zn,Ga,Fe and Ge are 97.64%,95.44%,78.45% and 74.64%,respectively.The leaching effect is good.The main component S in the leaching residue exists in the form of elemental sulfur.Zn and Fe mainly exist in the form of unleached sphalerite and pyrite,or adhere to the edge of minerals such as elemental sulfur in the form of finegrained oxide precipitation.Pb and Si are not easy to be leached,and remain in the leaching residue in the form of lead sulfate and silicate,respectively.The research provides a reference for the comprehensive recovery process of valuable elements in zinc concentrate.
