摘  要:为改善稀缺炼焦煤泥的浮选效果,创新性地使用废弃油脂制备出新型浮选捕收剂DS-B,并基于煤泥样性质分析及浮选试验,系统研究了炼焦煤泥在传统浮选捕收剂柴油和DS-B下的浮选效果,利用GC-MS分析了捕收剂的组分,进一步揭示了药剂的作用机理。结果表明,当柴油和DS-B用量均为100 g/t时,1次单元浮选精煤灰分分别为14.75%和14.31%,可燃物回收率分别为76.06%和77.85%,DS-B浮选效果优于柴油;在1粗1精工艺和捕收剂用量均为200 g/t情况下,均能获得灰分低于11%的精煤,但DS-B对应的精煤产率为52.30%,比柴油对应的精煤产率高11.08个百分点;DS-B中含有大量醇、酯、酸等极性成分,这些成分作用在煤表面的含氧官能团上,使煤泥表面更加疏水;分子动力学模拟结果表明,极性成分与煤表面的含氧官能团作用形成氢键,同时疏水长链向外铺展,有效提高了煤泥表面的疏水性,从而显著改善了对煤泥的浮选效果。In order to improve the flotation effect of scarce coking coal slime,a new flotation collector DS-B was innovatively prepared by using waste oil.Based on the analysis of coal slime properties and flotation tests,the flotation effect of coking coal slime under traditional flotation collector diesel and DS-B was systematically studied.The composition of the collector was analyzed by GC-MS,and the mechanism of the reagent was further revealed.The results show that when the dosage of diesel and DS-B is 100 g/t,the ash content of clean coal in one unit flotation is 14.75% and 14.31%respectively,and the recovery rate of combustibles is 76.06% and 77.85% respectively.The flotation effect of DS-B is better than that of diesel.The clean coal with ash content less than 11% can be obtained under the conditions of one roughing and one cleaning process and collector dosage of 200 g/t,but the clean coal yield corresponding to DS-B is 52.30%,which is 11.08 percentage points higher than that corresponding to diesel.DS-B contains a large number of polar components such as alcohols,esters and acids.These components act on the oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of coal,making the surface of coal slime more hydrophobic.The results of molecular dynamics simulation show that the polar components interact with the oxygen-containing functional groups on the coal surface to form hydrogen bonds,and the hydrophobic long chains spread outward,which effectively improves the hydrophobicity of the coal slime surface,thus significantly improving the flotation effect of coal slime.
