摘 要:为了提高绢云母和石英的浮选分离效果,对比了pH值、捕收剂(十二胺、十四胺、N-十二烷基-1,3丙二胺)和抑制剂(六偏磷酸钠、水玻璃、氟硅酸钠)对绢云母和石英浮选行为的影响,并通过Zeta电位、红外光谱、吸附量测试进行了机理分析。结果表明:十二胺对绢云母和石英的捕收分离效果最强,N-十二烷基-1,3丙二胺次之,十四胺相对较弱;在pH=3、十二胺用量2.0×10^(-4) mol/L、六偏磷酸钠用量40 mg/L的条件下,绢云母和石英回收率分别达到70%、4%,二者浮选回收率的差值为66个百分点,分离效果较好;十二胺、N-十二烷基-1,3丙二胺、十四胺加入后,绢云母和石英的Zeta电位差值分别达到23.8、9.3、8.8 mV,吸附量最大差值分别为0.44×10^(-4)、0.43×10^(-4)、0.38×10^(-4) mol/L;绢云母和石英对十二胺的吸附均为静电物理吸附,但由于RNH_(3)+和(RNH_(3)^(+))_(2)^(2+)占据绢云母表面K+的位置,导致捕收剂更易吸附在绢云母表面。In order to improve the flotation separation effect of sericite and quartz,the effect of pH value,collectors(dodecylamine,tetradecylamine,N-dodecyl-1,3-propanediamine)and inhibitors(sodium hexametaphosphate,water glass,sodium fluorosilicate)on the flotation behavior of sericite and quartz was compared,and the mechanism was analyzed by Zeta potential,infrared spectrum and adsorption capacity test.The results show that dodecylamine has the strongest collection and separation effect on sericite and quartz,followed by N-dodecyl-1,3-propanediamine,and tetradecylamine is relatively weak.Under the conditions of pH=3,dodecylamine dosage of 2.0×10^(-4) mol/L and sodium hexametaphosphate dosage of 40 mg/L,the recovery rates of sericite and quartz are 70% and 4%,respectively.The difference between the flotation recovery rates of sericite and quartz is 66 percentage points,and the separation effect is better.After adding dodecylamine,N-dodecyl-1,3-propanediamine and tetradecylamine,the Zeta potential difference of sericite and quartz reaches 23.8 mV,9.3 mV and 8.8 mV,respectively,and the maximum difference of adsorption capacity is 0.44×10^(-4) mol/L,0.43×10^(-4) mol/L and 0.38×10^(-4) mol/L,respectively.The adsorption of dodecylamine on sericite and quartz is electrostatic physical adsorption,but because RNH+3 and(RNH_(3)^(+))_(2)^(2+) occupy the position of K^(+)on the surface of sericite,the collector is more easily adsorbed on the surface of sericite.
