摘  要:刚果(金)某富含碱性脉石矿物的氧化铜矿石铜品位为1.78%,主要铜矿物为孔雀石、假孔雀石和硅孔雀石,主要耗酸脉石矿物为白云石。为确定该矿石的高效、环保开发利用工艺进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占60%的情况下,3次硫化浮选可获得含铜7.41%、铜回收率57.39%的浮选精矿;直接硫酸酸浸铜浸出率为95.37%,吨铜酸耗达13.77 t。矿石在粒度为5.0~0 mm、背景磁感应强度1.7 T的条件下三次强磁选,强磁选精矿酸浸,吨铜酸耗为2.03 t,铜综合回收率为71.08%。相比之下,矿石采用粗粒强磁预选—磁选精矿酸浸工艺处理,不仅可以显著降低酸耗,而且磨矿和浸出作业处理量得到大幅度下降,环境与经济效益显著,是高碱性脉石矿物难浮氧化铜矿石资源高效开发利用的新工艺。矿石粗粒强磁选预富集能较好地富集含铜矿物的根本原因,一方面因为氧化铜矿物本身具弱磁性,铜矿物与锰铁矿物连生是另一重要原因。The copper grade of a copper oxide ore rich in alkaline gangue minerals in Congo(DRC)is 1.78%.The main copper minerals are malachite,pseudomalachite and chrysocolla,and the main acid-consuming gangue minerals are dolomite.Beneficiation experiments were carried out to determine the efficient and environmentally friendly development and utilization process of the ore.The results show that when the grinding fineness of the ore is-0.074 mm accounting for 60%,the flotation concentrate with copper content of 7.41% and copper recovery of 57.39% can be obtained by three times sulfidation flotation.The leaching rate of copper by direct sulfuric acid leaching is 95.37%,and the acid consumption per ton of copper is 13.77 t.The ore is subjected to three high intensity magnetic separations under the conditions of particle size of 5.0~0 mm and background magnetic induction intensity of 1.7 T.The high intensity magnetic separation concentrate is acid leached,the acid consumption per ton of copper is 2.03 t,and the comprehensive recovery rate of copper is 71.08%.The use of coarse-grained high intensity magnetic pre-concentration and magnetic concentrate acid leaching process for ore treatment can not only significantly reduce acid consumption,but also greatly reduce the processing capacity of grinding and leaching operations,with significant environmental and economic benefits.It is a new process for the efficient development and utilization of refractory copper oxide ore resources with high alkaline gangue minerals.The pre-concentration of coarse-grained high intensity magnetic separation of ore can better enrich the copper-containing minerals,on the one hand,because the copper oxide minerals themselves have feebly magnetism,copper minerals are associated with ferromanganese minerals,which is another important reason.
