摘 要:为了深入分析中国煤矿瓦斯动力灾害事故特征及发生规律,采用数据统计及图表分析法,以2009—2023年中国110起煤岩瓦斯动力灾害事故为数据基础,从事故类型、事故等级、地区分布与时间分布4个维度进行梳理分析。结果表明:中国煤矿瓦斯动力灾害事故类型以煤与瓦斯突出为主,事故等级以较大事故为主,地区分布呈现北多南少、西南地区偏多的规律,发生时间主要集中在3月份及10—12月份;煤岩瓦斯复合动力灾害事故主要集中在开采深度500 m以下,多发生在中国中部及东部地区。从预防煤与瓦斯突出、加强应急救援能力、减少地区特征影响及加强事故多发月份管理4个方面提出安全防治措施。此次事故统计分析对煤炭企业煤岩瓦斯动力灾害安全防治及后续相关研究有着指导作用。In order to deeply analyze the characteristics and occurrence rules of coal mine gas dynamic disaster accidents in China,based on the data of 110 coal-rock gas dynamic disaster accidents in China from 2009 to 2023,the four dimensions of accident type,accident grade,regional distribution and time distribution were analyzed by data statistics and chart analysis.The results show that the types of coal mine gas dynamic disaster accidents in China are mainly coal and gas outbursts,and the accident grades are mainly large accidents.The regional distribution shows the law of more in the north and less in the south,and more in the southwest.The occurrence time is mainly concentrated in March and October-December.The coal-rock gas compound dynamic disaster accidents are mainly concentrated in the mining depth below 500 m,mostly in the central and eastern regions of China.Safety prevention and control measures are put forward from four aspects:preventing coal and gas outburst,strengthening emergency rescue ability,reducing regional characteristics and strengthening management of accident-prone months.The statistical analysis of this accident has a guiding role in the safety prevention and control of coal-rock gas dynamic disasters in coal enterprises and subsequent related research.
