双层采空区垮落带破碎岩注浆充填浆液扩散特性研究

摘  要:为研究水泥粉煤灰浆液在双层采空区垮落带的扩散特性,以郑洛高速ZLGSTJ-2标段米河煤矿双层采空区治理为研究背景,基于宾汉姆流体的黏度时变性,将垮落带破碎岩视为含有裂隙的多孔介质,采用有限元软件COMSOL Multiphysics构建耦合地质信息的三维双层采空区多孔注浆模型,分别对帷幕孔与注浆孔的浆液扩散状态进行分析,并研究不同注浆时间、浆液密度和裂隙渗透率对浆液扩散距离的影响,以此对注浆工艺进行完善。结果表明:帷幕孔与注浆孔的浆液扩散分布均呈倒漏斗形状,主要有沿垮落带裂隙和地层孔隙的渗流扩散以及在空腔中的自由扩散,且注浆孔注浆相互影响较小;注浆扩散距离与注浆时间呈正相关,尤其前24 h较为显著;浆液密度则与扩散距离呈负相关,密度1670 kg/m^(3)较1170 kg/m^(3)时浆液扩散距离减少了8.95%;裂隙渗透率与浆液扩散距离呈正相关,当裂隙渗透率分别为3.50×10^(-9) m^(2)和3.50×10^(-4) m^(2)时,后者比前者的浆液扩散距离增大约49.72%,变化幅度较大;采用完善后的注浆充填工艺后,经检测得知注浆效果良好,为后续施工提供了安全保障。In order to study the diffusion characteristics of cement fly ash slurry in the caving zone of double-layer goaf,the double-layer goaf treatment of Mihe Coal Mine in ZLGSTJ-2 section of Zhengzhou-Luoyang Expressway was taken as the research background.Based on the time-varying viscosity of Bingham fluid,the fractured rock in the collapse zone was regarded as a porous medium containing cracks,and the three-dimensional double-layer porous grouting model of goaf coupled with geological information was constructed by using finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics.The slurry diffusion state of curtain hole and grouting hole was analyzed respectively,and the effects of different grouting time,slurry density and fracture permeability on the slurry diffusion distance were studied,so as to improve the grouting process.The results show that the slurry diffusion distribution of curtain hole and grouting hole is in the shape of inverted funnel,mainly including the seepage diffusion along the fracture and formation pore in the collapse zone and the free diffusion in the cavity,and the interaction between grouting hole and grouting is small.The diffusion radius of grouting was positively correlated with the grouting time,especially in the first 24 hours.The slurry density was negatively correlated with the diffusion radius,and the slurry diffusion radius decreased by 8.95% when the density was 1670 kg/m^(3) compared with 1170 kg/m^(3).the fracture permeability was positively correlated with the slurry diffusion radius.When the fracture permeability was 3.50×10^(-9) m^(2) and 3.50×10^(-4) m^(2) respectively,the slurry diffusion radius of the latter increased by 49.72% compared with the former,and the change range was large.After the improved grouting filling process was adopted,the detection showed that the grouting effect was good,which provided a safety guarantee for the subsequent construction.
