摘 要:针对煤矿巷道综掘工作面粉尘污染严重的问题,探讨了现阶段分别以风幕控尘与喷雾降尘为核心的两大类降尘方式的发展现状及实际应用技术,从理论分析、数值模拟、实验测试、现场应用等多种维度进行研究。总结了风幕控尘实验研究、现场实测与模拟仿真的研究方法和喷嘴雾化数值等常用的研究方法。分析了基于欧拉—拉格朗日法的风幕控尘理论和喷雾降尘三相耦合仿真理论。提出了动态掘进过程中风幕控尘稳定性差、粉尘颗粒运移轨迹的计算准确度较低、喷雾相关降尘理论指导性不强等亟待解决的关键性问题,并针对现阶段综掘面风幕控尘与喷雾降尘方法提出相关发展建议。In view of the problem of serious dust pollution during the excavation of the fully mechanized mining face in the coal mine roadway,this paper discusses the development status and practical application of the two major types of dust reduction methods at the present stage,with the air curtain dust control and spray dust reduction as the core respectively.The research is carried out from a variety of dimensions,such as theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,experimental testing,field application,etc.The research methods of the air curtain dust control experiment,field measurement and simulation,nozzle atomization numerical value and other common research methods are summarized,and the air curtain dust control theory based on the Euler Lagrange method and the three-phase coupling simulation theory of spray dust reduction are analyzed;The paper puts forward the key problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the poor stability of wind curtain dust control during dynamic tunneling,the low accuracy of calculation of dust particle migration trajectory,and the weak guidance of spray related dust reduction theory,and puts forward the relevant development suggestions for the methods of wind curtain dust control and spray dust reduction at the current stage of comprehensive mining face.
