摘  要:固废激发剂协同水化后可以为胶凝体系提供碱性环境,促进固体废物的资源化利用。利用脱硫灰与电石渣复掺激发矿渣的火山灰活性,制备了一种全固废胶凝材料,并通过XRD、TG、FTIR和SEM等手段研究了复掺激发剂的掺量和比例对矿渣基胶凝材料净浆试件抗压强度、水化作用和微观结构的影响。结果表明,在激发剂掺量20%、电石渣与脱硫灰质量比1∶4的条件下,净浆试件的28 d抗压强度可达45.8 MPa。微观分析表明,固废激发剂促进了矿渣中玻璃态的溶解,促进了硅、氧等网络结构的解聚,提高了矿渣的活性;净浆试件的主要水化产物为C-S-H和AFt;抗压强度最高的G8CD4的C-S-H最多,净浆试件的微观结构最致密;脱硫灰的掺量对净浆试件水化产物的类型存在较大影响,当脱硫灰掺量较小时,其所含的SO3与C-S-H反应生成的少量AFt填充了孔隙,使水化产物结构更为密实,而过量脱硫灰的掺入使得大量针状AFt在C-S-H凝胶周围形成密集裂隙,导致微观结构劣化。研究结果可为电石渣与脱硫灰复合固废激发剂体系的应用提供参考。The synergistic hydration of solid waste activator can provide an alkaline environment for the cementitious system and promote the resource utilization of solid waste.An all-solid waste cementitious material was prepared by using desulfurization ash and carbide slag double-mixture to stimulate the pozzolanic activity of slag.The effects of the content and proportion of double-mixture activator on the compressive strength,hydration and microstructure of slag-based cementitious material paste specimens were studied by means of XRD,TG,FTIR and SEM.The results show that under the condition of 20% activator content and 1∶4 mass ratio of carbide slag to desulfurization ash,the 28 d compressive strength of the paste specimen can reach 45.8 MPa.Microscopic analysis shows that the solid waste activator promotes the dissolution of the glassy state in the slag,promotes the depolymerization of the network structures such as silicon and oxygen,and improves the activity of the slag.The main hydration products of paste specimens are C-S-H and AFt.G8CD4 with the highest compressive strength has the most C-S-H,and the microstructure of the paste specimen is the densest.The content of desulfurization ash has a great influence on the type of hydration products of cement paste specimens.When the content of desulfurization ash is small,a small amount of AFt generated by the reaction of SO3 and C-S-H filled the pores,making the structure of hydration products more compact.The incorporation of excessive desulfurization ash causes a large number of needle-like AFt to form dense cracks around the C-S-H gel,resulting in deterioration of the microstructure.The research results can provide reference for the application of carbide slag and desulfurization ash composite solid waste activator system.
