摘  要:为解决矿山粉尘等有害颗粒物对工人健康及环境的严重影响,提出了利用三同轴静电纺丝制备界面立构复合化聚乳酸(PLA)纳米纤维膜(NFMs)以提高过滤效率,将氨基化MOF(NH_(2)-UiO-66)锚入核壳结构纤维的中间层,促进左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)及右旋聚乳酸(PDLA)形成界面立构复合化,制备了超细直径的具有高过滤效率和低空气阻力的立构复合化聚乳酸纤维。试验结果表明:NH_(2)-UiO-66的锚入使纤维显著细化至118 nm,表面电位提升至17.8 kV,介电性能增强至1.8;PLA NFMs的摩擦电输出性能表现出优异的静电荷可再生能力,其输出电压达54 V,输出电流达120 nA;即使在85 L/min的高流量下,PLA NFMs对PM_(0.3~2.5)的过滤效率也可达99.9%,空气阻力约60 Pa。NH_(2)-UiO-66加强的界面立构复合化PLA NFMs在实现高效低阻、PMs长效捕集方面具有巨大潜力,可为矿山粉尘防治提供可靠的材料选择。In order to solve the serious impact of harmful particles such as mine dust on workers'health and environment,it is proposed to use tri-coaxial electrospinning to prepare interfacial stereocomplex polylactic acid(PLA)nanofiber membranes(NFMs)to improve filtration efficiency.The amino-functionalized MOF(NH_(2)-UiO-66)was anchored into the middle layer of the core-shell structure fiber to promote the formation of interfacial stereocomplexation between PLLA and PDLA,and the ultra-fine diameter stereocomplexed polylactic acid fiber with high filtration efficiency and low air resistance was prepared.The experimental results show that the anchoring of NH_(2)-UiO-66 significantly refines the fiber to 118 nm,increases the surface potential to 17.8 kV,and enhances the dielectric properties to 1.8.The triboelectric output performance of PLA NFMs shows excellent electrostatic charge regeneration ability,with an output voltage of 54 V and an output current of 120 nA.Even at a high flow rate of 85 L/min,the filtration efficiency of PLA NFMs for PM_(0.3~2.5) can reach 99.9%,and the air resistance is about 60 Pa.NH_(2)-UiO-66 reinforced interfacial stereocomplex PLA NFMs have great potential in achieving high efficiency,low resistance and PMs long-term capture,which can provide reliable material selection for mine dust control.
