摘 要:尾砂粒级、胶凝材料和掺和料是影响尾砂湿喷混凝土单轴抗压强度的重要因素,针对5种尾砂、2种胶凝材料和2种掺合料设计63组配合比并开展单轴抗压强度试验,获得了各因素及耦合因素对尾砂湿喷混凝土抗压强度的影响规律与机理,并利用ANFIS建立了尾砂湿喷混凝土强度预测模型。结果表明:在单一影响因素下,尾砂粒度、粉煤灰掺量与尾砂湿喷混凝土抗压强度均呈正相关关系,而尾砂湿喷混凝土强度则随硅灰掺量增加呈先升高后降低的趋势;当胶凝材料掺量不超过570 kg/m^(3)时,胶固粉对湿喷强度的提升效果较好;当胶凝材料掺量高于570 kg/m^(3)时,水泥对湿喷强度的提升效果较好。水泥掺量与尾砂湿喷混凝土抗压强度间遵循Logistic曲线规律,胶固粉则遵循Log-Normal曲线规律;基于ANFIS构建的尾砂湿喷混凝土强度预测模型的预测精度高于90%,平均预测精度为98.2%,最高预测精度可达99.8%,实现了尾砂湿喷混凝土强度的高精度预测。研究结果对尾砂湿喷混凝土的工程应用具有重要指导意义。The particle size of tailings,cementitious materials and admixtures are important factors affecting the uniaxial compressive strength of tailings wet-sprayed concrete.63 groups of mix proportions were designed for 5 kinds of tailings,2 kinds of cementitious materials and 2 kinds of admixtures,and uniaxial compressive strength tests were carried out.The influence law and mechanism of various factors and coupling factors on the compressive strength of tailings wet-sprayed concrete were obtained,and the strength prediction model of tailings wet-sprayed concrete was established by ANFIS.The results show that under a single influencing factor,the tailings particle size and fly ash content are positively correlated with the compressive strength of tailings wet shotcrete,while the strength of tailings wet shotcrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of silica fume content.When the content of cementitious material is not more than 570 kg/m^(3),the effect of cementitious powder on the improvement of wet spraying strength is better.When the content of cementitious material is higher than 570 kg/m^(3),the effect of cement on the improvement of wet spraying strength is better.The relationship between the cement content and the compressive strength of the tailings wet-sprayed concrete follows the Logistic curve,and the rubber powder follows the Log-Normal curve.The prediction accuracy of the strength prediction model of tailings wet shotcrete based on ANFIS is higher than 90%,the average prediction accuracy is 98.2%,and the highest prediction accuracy can reach 99.8%,which realizes the highprecision prediction of the strength of tailings wet shotcrete.The research results have important guiding significance for the engineering application of tailings wet shotcrete.
