摘　　要：代谢综合征是胰岛素抵抗、肥胖等多种已知的心血管危险因素同时在个体内存在的状态,其病情复杂,易诱发多种靶器官损害。胡椒碱属于桂皮酰胺类生物碱,具有较强的生物活性,可以通过减轻胰岛素抵抗、抗肥胖、抗高血脂、减轻代谢相关脂肪性肝病和抗高尿酸血症显著改善代谢综合征。对胡椒碱改善代谢综合征的药理作用及其机制的相关研究进行归纳和综述,以期为胡椒碱的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。Metabolic syndrome is a complex condition characterized by the simultaneous occurrence of multiple known cardiovascular risk factors such as insulin resistance and obesity,which can easily lead to damage to multiple target organs.Piperine,a cinnamamide alkaloid with strong biological activity,significantly improves metabolic syndrome by alleviating insulin resistance,anti-obesity,antihyperlipidemia,reducing metabolic-associated fatty liver disease,and anti-hyperuricemia.This review summarizes the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of piperine in improving metabolic syndrome,aiming to provide a reference for its further research and practical application.
