高龄初产妇产前感知压力的影响因素

摘　　要：目的:分析高龄初产妇产前感知压力的影响因素。方法:选取2019—2022年于该院接受产检的144名高龄初产妇进行横断面研究,采用压力知觉量表(PSS-10)评估初产妇的产前感知压力情况,采用多元线性回归分析高龄初产妇产前感知压力的影响因素。结果:共发放问卷144份,有效问卷为138份,有效率95.83%(138/144)。138名高龄初产妇PSS-10评分为(25.07±3.78)分,产前感知压力为中高水平。文化程度为高中及以下、家庭月收入<3000元、婚姻关系差、家庭对胎儿性别有期望、对育儿问题有焦虑等高龄初产妇的PSS-10评分较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度为高中及以下、家庭月收入<3000元、婚姻关系差、家庭对胎儿性别有期望、对育儿问题有焦虑等均为高龄初产妇产前感知压力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:文化程度为高中及以下、家庭月收入<3000元、婚姻关系差、家庭对胎儿性别有期望、对育儿问题有焦虑等均为高龄初产妇产前感知压力的影响因素。Objective:To analyze influencing factors of prenatal perceived stress in elderly primiparas.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 144 elderly primiparas who received prenatal examination in the hospital from 2019 to 2022.The perceived stress scale(PSS-10) was used to evaluate the prenatal perceived stress of these primiparas.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of prenatal perceived stress in the elderly primiparas.Results:A total of 144 questionnaires were distributed in this study,with 138 valid questionnaires,and the effective rate was 95.83%(138/144).The PSS-10 score of the 138 elderly primiparas was(25.07 ± 3.78) points,and the level of prenatal perceived stress was medium and high.The PSS-10 scores of the elderly primiparas with high school education level and below,family monthly income < 3000 yuan,poor marital relationship,family expectations for fetal gender,and anxiety about parenting problems were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that high school education level and below,family monthly income < 3000 yuan,poor marital relationship,family expectation of fetal gender,and anxiety about parenting problems were all risk factors affecting the prenatal perceived stress of the elderly primiparas(P<0.05).Conclusions:High school education level and below,family monthly income < 3000 yuan,poor marital relationship,family expectation of fetal gender,anxiety about parenting problems are the factors affecting prenatal perceived stress of the elderly primiparas.
