桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂、罗红霉素片治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂、罗红霉素片治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年1月该院收治的60例慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,按治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合罗红霉素片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊治疗,比较两组临床症状消失时间(嗅觉恢复时间、鼻黏膜水肿消失时间、流涕消失时间)、鼻黏膜纤毛输送率(MTR)、血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平、不良反应发生率和治疗后6个月复发率。结果:观察组嗅觉恢复时间、鼻黏膜水肿消失时间、流涕消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MTR水平高于对照组,血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后随访6个月,观察组嗅觉障碍、流涕症状复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂、罗红霉素片治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者可缩短临床症状消失时间,提高MTR水平,降低血清炎性因子水平以及嗅觉障碍、流涕症状复发率,效果优于单纯糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合罗红霉素片治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene enteric capsules combined with Mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray and Roxithromycin tablets in treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray combined with Roxithromycin tablets,while the observation group was treated with Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene enteric capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms(olfactory recovery time,nasal mucosal edema disappearance time,runny nose disappearance time),the nasal mucociliary transport rate(MTR),the serum inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)] levels,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate 6 months after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The olfactory recovery time,the nasal mucosal edema disappearance time and the runny nose disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of MTR in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of serum CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up after the treatment,the recurrence rates of olfactory disorders and runny nose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene e
