摘　　要：《中华人民共和国档案法实施条例》(以下简称《实施条例》)是全面推进档案事业法治化的重要载体,在建设现代化档案治理体系的进程中发挥着里程碑式的作用。在明确历史定位的基础上,从立法路径、执法路径、治理路径、互动路径四个角度分析《实施条例》的优化进路,以期廓清《实施条例》对发展我国档案治理体系的独特作用,彰显其促进我国档案法治化进程的独特价值。The Implementation Regulations of the Archives Law of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Regulations)is an important carrier for comprehensively promoting the rule of law in the archives undertaking,playing a milestone role in the process of building a modern archives governance system.Based on the historical positioning,this paper analyzes the optimization path of the Implementation Regulations from the perspective of legislation path,enforcement path,governance path,and interaction path,in order to clarify the unique role of the Implementation Regulations in developing China's archives governance system and highlight its unique value in promoting China's archives rule of law.
