摘　　要：红色档案是中华民族巨大的精神财富,只有开展广度与深度并举的开发利用才能充分发挥其价值。文章针对红色文书档案特点、保存现状与开发利用中存在的问题,从转录与著录两个方面开展红色文书档案数字化整理实践,并从深入挖掘档案内容、满足用户利用需求、提高档案开发成效和促进红色知识发现的角度,提出推动数字化转向数据化,搭建红色档案资源数据库和推进红色档案资源共建共享的发展策略。Red archives are the great spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation.Only by developing and utilizing them in both breadth and depth can they give full play to their value.In view of the characteristics,preservation status and problems existing in the development and utilization of red document archives,this paper carries out the practice of digitization of red document archives from the two aspects of transcription and description,and proposes to promote the transformation from digitization to datamation,build a red archival resource database and promote the co-construction and sharing of red archival resources from the perspective of in-depth mining of archival contents,meeting users'utilization needs,improving the effectiveness of archives development and promoting the discovery of red knowledge.
