摘　　要：本论文围绕应用型民办本科高校工商管理类人才培养模式的现状及创新实践方案进行深入探讨。首先,文章分析了当前工商管理类人才培养模式的实际情况,重点关注了课程设置、教学方法和实践环节三个关键领域。研究发现,民办本科高校虽然在培养应用型人才方面具备一定优势,但在课程设置陈旧、教学方法单一、实践环节薄弱及师资力量不足等方面仍然面临挑战。基于此,本文针对性地提出改进策略,包括更新课程内容、引入跨学科和国际化视野、丰富教学方法、强化校企合作、加强实践教学资源配置以及优化师资队伍建设等。本文旨在为民办高校提高工商管理类人才培养质量提供相应参考和实践指导,推动该领域教育模式的不断优化和创新。This paper focuses on the current situation and innovative practice scheme of business administration talents training mode in application-oriented private universities.First of all,the article analyzes the actual situation of the current training mode of business administration talents,focusing on three key areas:curriculum,teaching methods and practical links.It is found that although private undergraduate colleges have certain advantages in cultivating applied talents,they still face challenges in such aspects as outdated curriculum,single teaching method,weak practical links and insufficient teachers.Based on this,this paper puts forward improvement strategies,including updating course content,introducing interdisciplinary and international perspectives,enriching teaching methods,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening the allocation of practical teaching resources and optimizing the construction of teaching staff.The purpose of this paper is to provide corresponding reference and practical guidance for private colleges and universities to improve the training quality of business administration talents,and to promote the continuous optimization and innovation of educational models in this field.
