摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,具有教师与管理人员的双重身份,故辅导员队伍建设是高校工作中尤为重要一环。民办高校作为社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,在近些年来高速发展。高速发展的同时,当前民办高校辅导员队伍建设存在着一些问题,这些问题严重影响了民办高校的教育质量和学生的健康成长。分析当前民办高校辅导员队伍建设存在的问题以及提出相应的对策,对建设一支稳定、专业、高素质的辅导员队伍,和民办高校的发展提供了一定的帮助。Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education of college students,with the dual identity of teachers and managers,so counselor team building is a particularly important part of the work of colleges and universities.As an important part of socialist education,private colleges and universities have developed rapidly in recent years.At the same time,there are some problems in the construction of counselor team in private colleges and universities,which seriously affect the quality of education in private colleges and universities and the healthy growth of students.Analyzing the current problems in the construction of counselor team in private colleges and universities and putting forward corresponding countermeasures provide certain help to the construction of a stable,professional and highquality counselor team,and the development of private colleges and universities.
