摘　　要：本文旨在探讨中国式现代化背景下,中国共产党领导青年工作的三重向度:即历史向度,梳理党领导青年工作的发展脉络和青年在不同时期的重要地位,分析党如何根据不同历史时期的要求调整和优化青年工作策略;现实向度,聚焦于当前社会发展的主要矛盾和青年群体的新特征,探讨新时代党领导青年工作的挑战和应对;价值向度,讨论党对青年的引领和培养,指导青年坚定理想信念,建立健全青年工作体制机制,以促进青年的全面发展,为以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴贡献青春力量。This article aims to explore the three dimensions of the youth work led by the Communist Party of China under the background of Chinese modernization:historical dimension,tracing the development trajectory of the Party's youth work and the important role of youth in different historical periods,analyzing how the Party adjusts and optimizes its youth work strategies according to the requirements of different historical periods;realistic dimension,focusing on the main contradictions of current social development and the new features of the youth group,exploring the challenges and responses of the Party's leadership of youth work in the new era;and value dimension,discussing the Party's guidance and cultivation of youth,guiding youth to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,establishing and improving the youth work system and mechanism,in order to promote the all-round development of youth and contribute to the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation for Chinese-style modernization.
