发展新质生产力对于铸牢中华民族共同体意识的赋能机理及路径优化

摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是兼具民族性与时代性的重大命题,在民族工作中发挥着建设性作用。新质生产力作为一种先进的生产力质态,成为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要驱动力。遵循于马克思主义的辩证原理、共嵌于中国式现代化的实践探索、顺应于全球化进程的历史自觉,建构了发展新质生产力与铸牢中华民族共同体意识互契共生的逻辑基石。新质生产力依托数字技术赋能、生产力跃进、文化创新机制以及绿色生产力,充分展现出其在促进民族地区推进全过程人民民主、实现共同富裕、构筑中华民族共有精神家园和筑牢生态安全屏障方面的强大赋能机理。要建立适配新质生产力赋能铸牢中华民族共同体意识的生产关系、聚焦民族地区新质生产力的人才队伍建设、创立契合民族地区具体发展情况的赋能方式、确立长效的政策规范以延展赋能的持续性,才能更优质地发挥新质生产力铸牢中华民族共同体意识的赋能机理,持续拓宽其在铸牢中华民族共同体意识中的赋能场域,从深层次铸牢中华民族共同体意识。Consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese National Community is a significant proposition that combines national and contemporary characteristics,and plays a constructive role in ethnic work.As an advanced form of productivity,new quality productive forces has become an important driving force for consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese National Community.Following the dialectical principles of Marxism,the practical exploration embedded in Chinese path to modernization,and the historical consciousness conforming to the process of globalization,the logical cornerstone of mutual cooperation and coexistence between the development of new quality productive forces and the building of the consciousness of the Chinese National Community has been constructed.New quality productive forces relies on digital technology empowerment,productivity leaps,cultural innovation mechanisms,and green productivity,fully demonstrating its powerful empowerment mechanism in promoting people′s democracy throughout the entire process,achieving common prosperity,building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation,and strengthening ecological security barriers in ethnic areas.It is necessary to establish production relations that are adapted to the new quality productive forces to empower and consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese National Community,focus on the construction of talent teams for new quality productive forces in ethnic regions,create empowerment methods that are suitable for the specific development situation of ethnic regions,establish long-term policy norms to extend the sustainability of empowerment,in order to better exert the empowerment mechanism of new quality productive forces in consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese National Community,continuously broaden its empowerment field in consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese national community,and deepen consolidation at a fundamental level.
