摘　　要：区块链技术为企业创造和获取价值提供了新方式。选取2016—2022年A股上市公司为样本,分析区块链技术对企业价值的影响,并探究企业创新投入和商业信用的作用机制。研究结果表明:区块链技术应用会对企业价值产生显著正向影响,企业创新发挥了部分中介效应,商业信用发挥了正向调节作用;应用区块链技术的企业中,信息透明度越高,越能显著提升企业价值;在高科技行业以及劳动密集型和资本密集型企业中,区块链技术的应用对企业价值的提升更为显著。Blockchain technology provides new ways for enterprises to create and acquire value.By selecting A-share listed companies from 2016 to 2022 as samples,this study analyzed the impact of blockchain technology on enterprise value and explored the role mechanisms of innovation investment and commercial credit in enterprises.The results indicate that the application of blockchain technology has a significantly positive effect on enterprise value,with enterprise innovation playing a partial mediating effect and commercial credit exerting a positive moderating role;Among enterprises adopting blockchain technology,higher levels of information transparency can significantly enhance enterprise value;Moreover,in high-tech industries,as well as labor-intensive and capital-intensive enterprises,the application of blockchain technology has a more pronounced impact on improving enterprise value.
