中国式现代化视域下法治化营商环境建设研究

摘　　要：法治化营商环境建设是实现国家治理能力和治理体系现代化的有力抓手。中国式现代化背景下法治化营商环境建设存在营商法律制度体系不健全、营商环境法治化氛围不浓厚、政务服务效能不优化、司法服务能力不足、法律服务能力与市场需求不匹配等问题。通过加强法律制度供给、提高守法自觉性、提升司法效能建设、创新市场监管模式、增强法律服务能力等举措优化法治化营商环境,是实现经济高质量发展和中国式现代化的有效途径。The construction of a law-based business environment is a powerful tool for achieving modernization of national governance capabilities and systems.Under the background of Chinese-style modernization,the construction of a law-based business environment faces problems such as an incomplete system of business laws and regulations,the weak atmosphere of legalization for the business environment,the inefficient government service,the insufficient judicial service capability,and a mismatch between legal service capability and market demand.The effective way to achieve high-quality economic development and Chinese-style modernization is to optimize the law-based business environment through measures such as enhancing the supply of legal systems,improving law-abiding awareness,boosting the efficiency of judicial construction,innovating market supervision model,and enhancing legal service capability.
