发动机交付模式转化的风险评定方法研究

摘  要:随着发动机交付数量的逐年提升,传统的“2装2试”交付模式下发动机交付周期长和经济成本高的问题日益凸显,在型号工作中摸索出发动机交付模式转化的风险评定方法,实现基于抽样的“一装一试”发动机交付,解决了目前“2装2试”交付模式下发动机周期长和成本高的困局。分析了发动机交付模式从“2装2试”转为“1装1试”的影响因素,确定了发动机质量稳定性的评定方法。在发动机质量稳定的前提下,提出了装试过程的风险指标和外场早期故障的风险指标计算方法,借鉴加权分析法,确定了发动机交付模式转化的风险评定方法。以某发动机为例,利用交付模式转化的风险评定方法,得出交付模式转化比例,为降低发动机成本和缩短交付周期提供了指导。With the increasing number of engines delivered year by year,the problems of long delivery cycle and high economic cost of the traditional"two-assembly,two-trail"delivery mode have become increasing prominent.In the model work,a risk assessment method for the transformation of engine delivery mode has been explored to realize"one-assembly,one-trail"engine delivery on sampling,and solve the current dilemma of engine cycle and cost in"two-assembly,two-trail"delivery mode.The paper analyzed the factors influencing the delivery mode of engine from"two-assembly,two-trail"to"one-assembly,one-trail",and determined the evaluation method for stable engine quality.On the premise of stable engine quality,the risk indexes for assembly and testing process and the risk index calculation method for early outfield problems are proposed.Using on the weighted analysis method,a risk assessment method for the transformation of delivery mode in engine is determined.Taking a certain engine as an example,the risk assessment method of delivery mode conversion is used to obtain the delivery mode conversion ratio,which provides a guidance for reducing the engine cost and shortening the delivery cycle.
