摘 要:对原有航天产品特殊过程控制存在的问题进行了系统性的梳理和分析,探讨了航天产品特殊过程控制的优化方向,提出了航天产品特殊过程精细化控制方法,对特殊过程确认的首次确认条件、再确认条件、确认方法、过程控制要素等环节控制内容提出了明确要求并进行实践,形成了统一的控制标准该方法可确保航天产品特殊过程确认的横向一致,有助于实现航天产品特殊过程的有效识别和精细化管控。The problems existing in the special process controls of the original aerospace products were systematically sorted out and analyzed.The optimization direction of the special process controls of space products was discussed.The paper proposes the refined control method for the special process confirmation of space products,and puts forward the clear requirements,which are needed to put into practice for the first confirmation conditions,re-confirmation conditions,confirmation methods,process control elements and other control aspects of the special process confirmation.It forms a unified control standard.This method can ensure the horizontal consistency of special process confirmation of aerospace products,and is useful to achieve effective identification and fine control of special process of aerospace products.
