摘  要:随着DA转换器持续发展,对速率的要求愈来愈高,相关的可靠性考核也更加复杂和困难,目前常用的老炼试验方式容易受设备能力的限制,不能满足对高速DA转换器进行有效准确考核评估的需求。针对该问题,基于某研究所自主研发的国产元器件设计研制了可编程调控的高频老炼系统信号源,将其应用于老炼试验,并对某典型型号产品进行了系统验证和试验结果分析,证明了该系统能够使高速DA转换器在老炼试验过程中仍然保持在正常工作状态,从而实现对高速DA转换器的有效考核与评估,有力保障了产品的可靠性。该系统的研制及应用,不仅极大提升了老炼试验的技术水平,而且可以解决专用老炼设备成本较高的问题,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。With continuous development of DA converters,the demand for speed is increasingly high,and the related reliability assessment is becoming more complex and difficult.Traditional burn-in test methods can no longer meet the needs of effective and accurate assessment of high-speed DA converters.Therefore,this article proposes a gigahertz high-frequency burn-in test technology,formulates a new burn-in test method,and develops a programmable and contrllable high-frequency signal source for burn-in systems,based on independently-developed components of our institute,achieving completely localization of our core components.At the same time,a typical model product was subjected to system validation and test result analysis,which proved that the system can maintain the normal working state of high-speed DA converters during the burn-in test process,thus achieving effective assessment and evaluation of the high-speed DA converters,and effectively ensuring the reliability of the product.The development and application of this system not only greatly improves the engineering level of burn-in tests,but also solves the problem of high cost of specialized burn-in equipment,improves the production efficiency,and reduces the production costs.
