大运河文化带河北段的建设意义及创新研究

摘　　要：推进大运河文化带河北段的建设,是提升大运河河北段沿线城市经济水平的重要举措,也是促进河北各地域均衡发展的重要抓手,对建设具有全国意义的文化高地有着重要作用。在建设意义上,大运河文化带河北段在内涵和外延上不仅具有深厚的燕赵文化基础,其沿线还具有丰富的文化遗产资源,能够满足大运河文化在京津冀遗产廊道建设、经济文化生态协同发展、文化自信认同与传播三个方面的建设需求。在创新层面上,大运河文化带河北段的建设要以线性文化串联大运河河北段各区域之间文化的再传承,利用不同的协同创新主体推动大运河河北段文化的再转化,最终实现大运河文化带河北段建设的协同创新。Promoting the construction of Hebei section of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt is an important measure to enhance the economic level of cities along Hebei section of the Grand Canal,as well as an important lever to promote balanced development in various regions of Hebei.It plays an important role in building a cultural highland of national significance.In terms of construction significance,Hebei section of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt not only has a profound cultural foundation rooted in the Yan and Zhao cultures,but also has rich cultural heritage resources along its route.It can meet the construction needs of the Grand Canal culture in three aspects:the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei heritage corridor,the coordinated development of economic,cultural and ecological systems,and the recognition and dissemination of cultural confidence.On the level of innovation,the construction of Hebei section of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt should connect the cultural re-transmission between different regions of the Hebei Grand Canal through linear culture.It should utilize different collaborative innovation entities to promote the re-transformation of Hebei section of the Grand Canal culture,ultimately achieving innovative measures for the construction of Hebei section of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt.
