摘 要:为了探明土壤养分性质对凤丹皮质量的影响,对道地产地铜陵不同土壤环境栽种的凤丹进行实地采样分析。研究结果表明:(1)丹皮酚的平均含量表现为农田>山坡>路边坡地,但差异性并不显著,变化范围为24.25~27.86 mg/kg;(2)三种生境丹皮中芍药苷的含量大小趋势与丹皮酚一致,且农田显著大于路边坡地(p<0.05),变化范围为6.25~10.25 mg/kg;(3)丹皮酚的含量与土壤中的有机质、全氮、速效磷、Ca和Fe含量正相关,且与Ca含量表现出显著相关性(p<0.05),与Fe含量表现为极显著相关(p<0.01);芍药苷的含量与土壤有机质和Fe含量表现为显著正相关(p<0.05),与速效磷含量呈极显著正相关关系(p<0.01)。研究表明,种植地土壤养分能够显著影响丹皮的品质,需要在栽种过程中重视中微量营养元素的施肥。In order to explore the impact of soil nutrient properties on the quality of Paeonia ostii,samples of Paeonia ostii planted in different soil environments in the authentic production area of Tongling were collected and analyzed.The research results show that:(1)The average content of paeonol is in the order of farmland>hillside>roadside slope,but the differencesare not significant,with a variation range of 24.25~27.86 mg/kg.(2)The trend in the content of paeoniflorin in the cortex from the three habitats is consistent with that of paeonol,and the content in farmland is significantly higher than that in roadside slope(p<0.05),with a variation range of 6.25~10.25 mg/kg.(3)The content of paeonol is positively correlated with the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,Ca and Fe,and shows a significant correlation with the Ca content(p<0.05),and anextremely significant correlation with the Fe content(p<0.01).The content of paeoniflorin shows a significant positive correlation with the contents of soil organic matter and Fe(p<0.05),and anextremely significant positive correlation with the available phosphorus content(p<0.01).The research indicates that the soil nutrients of the planting site can significantly affect the quality of Paeonia ostii,and attention should be paid to the fertilization of medium and trace nutrient elements during the planting process.
