摘  要:为应对全球气候变化、推动绿色低碳发展,中国于2020年提出了碳达峰和碳中和的“双碳”目标。在“双碳”目标的引领下,沧州市依托传统石油化工产业基础,通过政策支持与顶层设计、科技创新与人才支撑、产业升级与数智转型、产业协同与区域联动、节能减排与绿色发展等途径,在化工新材料产业可持续发展方面取得了显著进展。但是,当前仍面临传统能源依赖严重、初级产品占比较大、技术创新能力不足、碳资源管理利用水平欠缺等一系列问题。未来,还需持续优化能源结构,提升能源利用效率;促进产业转型升级,实现产品高端化发展;加强科技创新,提高市场竞争力;加强二氧化碳资源利用,实现循环经济发展。In response to global climate change and to promote green and low-carbon development,China proposed the“dual carbon”goals of peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality in 2020.Guided by the“dual carbon”goals,leveraging the traditional petrochemical industry foundation,Cangzhou chemical new material industry has made significant progress in the sustainable developmentthrough policy support and top-level design,technological innovation and talent support,industrial upgrading and digital transformation,industrial synergy and regional linkage,energy conservation and emission reduction,and green development.However,there are still issues such as heavy dependence on traditional energy sources,large proportion of primary products,insufficient technological innovationcapabilities,and inadequate carbon resource management and utilization levels.In the future,it will be necessary to continuously optimize the energy structure and improve energy efficiency,promote industrial transformation and upgrading to achieve high-end product development,strengthen technological innovation to enhance market competitiveness,and intensify the utilization of carbon dioxide resources to achieve a circular economy.
