摘  要:通过正交试验法开展了端钩钢-玄武岩混杂纤维再生骨料混凝土(HSF-BFRAC)力学性能试验,研究了HSF-BFRAC的破坏形态和增强机制,分析了水胶比、再生粗骨料取代率、端钩钢-玄武岩混杂纤维掺量对HSF-BFRAC立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响。研究表明:水胶比由0.40增大至0.55,HSF-BFRAC立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度分别降低33.2%、29.1%和26.0%;随再生粗骨料取代率增大,抗折强度降低,立方体抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度先增大后降低;再生粗骨料取代率为50%时,HSF-BFRAC立方体抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度较基准混凝土分别提高4.9%和1.7%;掺入端钩钢纤维可以提高HSF-BFRAC抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度1.3%、27.9%和25.1%;玄武岩纤维体积掺量由0增大至0.30%,HSF-BFRAC抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度呈现先增大后降低的趋势,各强度最大增幅分别为1.2%、6.5%和1.4%。基于正交试验结果进行回归分析,建立了端钩钢-玄武岩混杂纤维再生骨料混凝土的立方体抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度预测模型。The mechanical properties of hooked-end steel-basalt hybrid fiber recycled aggregate concrete(HSF-BFRAC)were tested through the orthogonal test to study the failure mode and strengthening mechanism.The effects of the water-binder ratio,recycled coarse aggregate(RCA)replacement percentage,the content of hooked-end steel fiber(HSF)and basalt fiber(BF)on the cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of HSF-BFRAC were analyzed.The results showed that when the water-binder ratio increased from 0.40 to 0.55,the cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of HSF-BFRAC decreased by33.2%,29.1%and 26.0%,respectively.The flexural strength decreased while the cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength first increased and then decreased with the increase of the RCA replacement percentage.Compared to the reference concrete,the cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of HSF-BFRAC with the RCA replacement percentage of 50%increased by 4.9%and1.7%,respectively.Cubic compressive strength,split tensile strength,and flexural strength of HSF-BFRAC were increased by 1.3%,27.9%,and 25.1%,respectively,with the addition of HSF,and increased by 1.2%,6.5%and 1.4%,respectively,with the addition of BF.Based on the orthogonal test results,the calculation models were proposed to predict the cube compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of HSF-BFRAC through the regression analysis method.
