摘  要:在注浆堵水工程中注浆材料凝胶时间及强度时效对封堵效果十分关键。通过调整水泥浆液水灰比及水泥浆液与水玻璃的体积比,制备了不同水泥-水玻璃(C-S)双液浆,研究了入水状态和入水时间对C-S双液浆的凝胶时间的影响并分析了代表性工况下浆液结石体的强度时效。研究表明:C-S双液浆从混合到进入水体的时间对浆液的凝胶时间影响很大,C-S双液浆从混合后到进入水体的时间越短,凝胶时间越长;C-S双液浆从混合到进入水体的时间控制在失流时间附近,对水体封堵能起到最好的速凝效果;提高水灰比中水泥所占比例,是实现C-S双液浆在入水状态下速凝的有效方法之一;终凝后未入水养护浆液结石体短期强度高于入水养护试件,长期强度低于入水养护试件。The grouting material′s setting time and strength time effect are crucial to the grouting project for stopping water.Different cement-sodium silicate(C-S)binary slurry was prepared by adjusting the water-cement ratio of cement slurry and the volume ratio of cement slurry to sodium silicate.The effects of water-entry state and water-entry time on the setting time of C-S binary slurry were studied,and the strength time effect of C-S binary slurry stone under representative working conditions was analyzed.Research results show that the C-S binary slurry enters water-rich condition significantly impacts the setting time of the C-S binary slurry,and the setting time will increase as the time of mixed C-S binary slurry enters water-rich condition decreases.The time that mixed C-S binary slurry enters water-rich condition should be limited around the losing flow point,which will stop water with the best quick setting effect.Raising the proportion of cement in the C-S binary slurry is an effective way to achieve ideal quick-setting effect under water-rich conditions.After the final set,the short time strength of C-S binary slurry stone curing without water is higher than that of rich water,and the long time strength of C-S binary slurry stone curing without water is lower than that of rich water.
