摘  要:为了研究高温后CFRP混凝土圆柱的轴压力学性能演变规律,以历经最高温度T和恒温时长t为变化参数,对11个试件进行了单调轴心受压试验,观察了试件的破坏过程,获取了应力-应变(σ-ε)曲线,分析了试件轴压力学性能指标的变化。结果表明:试件的破坏形态和σ-ε曲线有两种类型,在T<400℃时,σ-ε曲线拥有强化段,试件产生CFRP拉断混凝土压碎破坏,在T≥400℃时,σ-ε曲线无强化段,试件产生CFRP搭接剥离混凝土压碎破坏;随着T的升高,试件的峰值应力和初始刚度呈现下降趋势,极限压应变呈现先升后降趋势,延性则呈现先升后降再上升趋势,CFRP和结构胶整体力学性能在100℃内较好,在400℃时达到失效状态,当100℃≤T≤300℃时,t对试件力学性能影响显著;最后提出高温后CFRP混凝土圆柱的轴压承载力计算模型,其计算结果与试验结果较为吻合。To investigate the evolution of the axial compression mechanical properties of CFRP concrete cylinders after high temperature,11 specimens were subjected to monotonic axial compression tests with the maximum temperature T and constant temperature duration t as the variation parameters.The failure processes of specimens were observed,the stress-strain(σ-ε)curves were obtained and the changes in the axial compression performance indexes of specimens were analyzed.The results show that there are two types of failure modes andσ-εcurves of specimens,when T<400℃,theσ-εcurve has a strengthening stage and the failure mode of specimens is that CFRP fracture and concrete is crushed;When T≥400℃,theσ-εcurve has no strengthening stage and the failure mode of specimens is that CFRP peel at the overlap and concrete is crushed.With the increase of T,the peak stress and initial stiffness of specimens show a decreasing trend,the ultimate compressive strain shows a first increasing and then decreasing trend,while the ductility shows a trend of first increasing,then decreasing and then increasing.The overall mechanical properties of CFRP and structural adhesive are better within100℃and reach the failure state at 400℃,when 100℃≤T≤300℃,the mechanical properties of the specimen are significantly affected by t.Finally,the calculation model of axial compression bearing capacity of CFRP concrete cylinder after high temperature is proposed,and the calculation results are in good agreement with the test results.
