摘 要:为了研究海洋环境下混凝土氯离子侵蚀发展规律,以青岛胶州湾跨海大桥为工程依托,针对与大桥相同配合比、腐蚀环境和干湿机制条件下混凝土试件,开展长达14年实海氯盐侵蚀暴露试验。通过对试件在不同环境条件下的自由氯离子、总氯离子及结合氯离子含量进行试验分析,深入探究试件内部氯离子分布规律,以掌握实际结构受氯离子侵蚀的状态。研究结果表明:浪溅区混凝土试件氯离子侵蚀程度明显高于大气区,浪溅区氯离子浓度普遍高于大气区试件;随着水泥水化反应的进行,氯离子扩散速率出现衰减趋势;除表层对流区深度范围,试件其他深度范围氯离子浓度分布呈现出高度的一致性,表层氯离子浓度的增速呈现逐渐减缓的趋势;大气区试件的氯离子结合率明显高于浪溅区试件,说明在大气区混凝土对氯离子的结合效果更为显著。In order to study the development law of chloride ion erosion of concrete under Marine environment,it takes Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay cross-sea Bridge as the project support,aiming at concrete specimens under the same mix ratio,corrosion environment and dry and wet mechanism conditions,and carries out a 14-year solid sea chloride salt erosion exposure test.The contents of free chloride ions,total chloride ions and bound chloride ions in the specimens under different environmental conditions were tested and analyzed,and the distribution law of chloride ions inside the specimens was deeply explored,so as to grasp the state of actual structure affected by chloride ions.The results show that the chloride ion erosion degree of concrete samples in the wave splash area is obviously higher than that in the atmosphere area,and the chloride ion concentration in the wave splash area is generally higher than that in the atmosphere area.The diffusion rate of chloride ions attenuates with the hydration reaction of cement.Except the depth range of the surface convection zone,the chloride ion concentration distribution in other depth ranges of the specimen showed a high degree of consistency,and the growth rate of the chloride ion concentration in the surface layer showed a gradual slowing trend.The chloride ion binding rate of the samples in the atmosphere region is obviously higher than that in the splash region,indicating that the chloride ion binding effect of concrete in the atmosphere region is more significant.
