摘 要:为研究方钢管螺旋筋约束自密实高强混凝土的轴压力学性能,以试件高度和是否配制螺旋筋作为设计参数,进行了6个试件的轴压加载试验,获取了其荷载位移曲线并分析了破坏过程、应变分布,得到了其力学性能的变化规律,还利用有限元软件进行了17个试件的拓展参数分析。试验结果表明:配制螺旋筋使得外部钢管性能发挥更充分,也有效地提升了试件轴压刚度、轴压承载力和延性。拓展参数分析结果表明:试件的钢管厚度、钢管强度和螺旋筋直径与轴压性能呈正相关关系,而螺旋筋间距的增大会降低试件轴压承载力。螺旋筋显著提升了对管内混凝土的约束,提高了方钢管混凝土柱的变形性能,有效改善了方钢管约束不均匀的问题。To investigate the axial compressive mechanical performance of square steel tube and spiral reinforcement confined self compacting high strength concrete,six axial compression loading tests were carried out using the height of the specimen and the presence of spiral reinforcement as design parameters.The load-displacement curves were obtained,and the failure process and strain distribution were analyzed to determine the change in mechanical properties.Additionally,17 specimens were analyzed with finite element software as an extended parameter analysis.The results showed that configuring spiral reinforcement makes the external steel tube perform more effectively and also effectively improves the axial compression stiffness,bearing capacity,and ductility of the specimens.The results of the extended parameter analysis showed that the thickness and strength of the steel tube and the diameter of the spiral reinforcement are positively correlated with the axial compressive performance,while increasing the distance between spiral reinforcements will reduce the axial load-bearing capacity of the specimens.Spiral reinforcement significantly enhances the restraint of the concrete inside the tube,greatly improving the deformation performance of square steel tubular concrete columns,and effectively addressing the problem of uneven constraints in square steel tubes.
