摘 要:桥梁结构修建中,预制构件通常使用湿接缝进行连接。为研究钢筋参数对于超高性能混凝土(Ultra High Performance Concrete,UHPC)和普通强度混凝土(Normal Strength Concrete,NSC)湿接缝界面黏结性能的影响,我们考虑主要从钢筋类型、直径、锚固长度3个方面对UHPC-NSC试件的界面黏结性能以及界面裂缝宽度变化规律进行研究。通过单轴拉伸试验得到不同工况下的UHPC-NSC试件的应力-位移曲线和受力阶段。从试件的不同破坏模式以及单轴拉伸强度差异还有界面裂缝扩展规律,揭示钢筋对UHPC-NSC试件界面抗裂性能的作用机理。最后得出结论:随着钢筋直径、钢筋锚固长度增加以及当光圆钢筋转变为带肋钢筋时均有助于提高UHPC-NSC单轴拉伸强度,同时限制UHPC-NSC界面裂缝宽度扩展速率。In the construction of bridge structures,prefabricated components are usually connected by wet joints.In order to research the influence of steel bar parameters on the interfacial bonding properties of wet joints between ultra high performance concrete(UHPC)and normal strength concrete(NSC),it mainly studies the interfacial bonding properties of UHPC-NSC specimens and the variation of interfacial crack width from three aspects,steel bar type,diameter and anchorage length.The stress-displacement curves and stress stages of UHPC-NSC specimens under different working conditions were obtained by uniaxial tensile test.From the different failure modes of the specimens,the difference of uniaxial tensile strength and the law of interface crack propagation,the mechanism of the effect of steel bars on the interface crack resistance of UHPC-NSC specimens was revealed.Finally,it is concluded that with the increase of steel bar diameter and anchorage length,and when the round steel bar is transformed into ribbed steel bar,it is helpful to improve the uniaxial tensile strength of UHPC-NSC and limit the crack width propagation rate of UHPC-NSC interface.
