摘  要:将陶瓷废弃物应用到水泥基材料制备中,具有一定的环境效益。以磨细陶瓷粉替代10%水泥,陶瓷砂完全替代河砂,并加入不同体积分数的聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维,制备了一种水泥基复合材料。基于电加速锈蚀试验,采用交流阻抗谱(EIS)、线性极化(LPR)等测试方法,研究了钢筋在该复合材料中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:在加速腐蚀24 h、48 h后,1.0%、1.6%的PVA纤维体积掺量下,试块的抗杂散电流腐蚀性能较为突出。在此基础上使用防水修复涂层强化其抗锈蚀性能,发现涂层试块内部钢筋腐蚀电流密度始终低于1μA/cm^(2),防水修复涂层显著降低了钢筋腐蚀风险;随着腐蚀时间延续,防护效果越明显。The application of ceramic wastes to the preparation of cement-based materials has certain environmental benefits.A cement-based composite material was prepared by replacing 10%cement with finely ground ceramic powder,replacing river sand with ceramic sand completely,and adding polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fibers with different volume fractions.Based on the electrically accelerated corrosion test,the corrosion behavior of steel bar in this composite was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and linear polarization(LPR).The results show that after accelerated corrosion for 24 h and 48 h,the anti-corrosion performance of the specimens is more prominent under the PVA fiber dosage of 1.0%and 1.6%.On this basis,a waterproof repair coating was used to strengthen its corrosion resistance,and it is found that the corrosion current density of steel bar inside the coated specimen is always lower than1μA/cm^(2),and the waterproof repair coating significantly reduces the risk of steel corrosion.As the corrosion time continues,the protective effect becomes more obvious.
